Frequently Asked Questions
I service the Sydney metropolitan area for in-person visits. My focus has been in South Western Sydney, particularly the Fairfield, Liverpool, and Canterbury Bankstown areas, but I can travel within the Sydney metropolitan as needed.
If you wish to run an online session, I won't be limited by distance. We'll work out the best timing to suit.
My experience is vast, which makes it possible for me to adapt to a variety of environments and able to relate to people of different backgrounds.
I graduated with the Bachelor of Food and Nutrition from La Trobe University and have been facilitating nutrition presentations and workshops independently, mostly with playgroups and school readiness programs.
Previously, I worked with the Jamie's Learn Your Fruit & Veg program as a facilitator and Jamie's Ministry of Food as an assistant, and volunteered with Nutrition Australia NSW.
Before making a change in my career to nutrition, I worked in community services coordinating a parenting and early learning program in the local area and was involved in IT in banking.
Sure do. Lots of my work is supporting parents and carers in a playgroup setting in schools and community hubs.
I am only qualified to provide general nutrition advice, which is why I focus my work on group nutrition talks. It would be best to reach out to a dietitian or clinical nutritionist if you wish to receive individual nutritional support and tests.
Meal plans are not my jam. I prefer to recommend small changes to habits that people can test for themselves rather than providing meal plans.
